At FDI Medical / UniMed we strive to provide a simple and easy solution for our clients, thus we have numerous methods of payment available to our clients. Our primary method of payment is by credit card, this includes American Express, Visa, MasterCard as well as Discover. We also accept Wire Transfers and Western Union Payments.
Taxes and other charges
US federal law requires applicable sales taxes to be collected on applicable purchases. We are based in Illinois, so applicable sales taxes would apply to all orders shipped within our State. The sales tax is determined on the final value of your purchase.
General
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. This includes but is not limited to refusal on the grounds of improper conduct, unverifiable information, or any other reason deemed appropriate by iTouch or its staff. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time, but will always contact you to confirm any change before you are charged or before products are shipped. We also reserve the right to refuse orders from anyone.

Order Placement
During the purchase procedure you are asked to provide us with contact information that may include: name, address, company info. a shipping address. We use this information to process and fulfill your order and to protect you from false purchases made in your name. In all instances in which you provide your personal information to us it is in a manner that is direct and clearly identifiable. Information that is collected in the process of taking and fulfilling an order is used solely for that purpose.
Shipping
The preferred domestic courier of FDI Medical / UniMed is the reliable and cost-effective Fed Ex. For international orders we also use Fed Ex as it has the most extensive and reliable international service. The estimates of delivery time are subject to variation and courier service change. Ground shipments are delivered between 3-8 days.
International Shipping
FDI Medical / UniMed assumes no responsibility for fees associated with international orders that are subject to applicable customs fees, brokerage fees, and import taxes as well as any costs incurred due to the transport, arrival, and refusal of a package. iTouch claims no responsibility for return shipping concerning returned items shipped by customer between the point of shipment and receiving. All costs incurred by return shipping will be paid in full by the customer.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item with the original invoice to us within 30 days of purchase. Replacement/refund will be arranged after product is checked by our technician. Buyer is responsible to pay for the return postage.
The returned product should be with its original packing and accessories in its original condition. Shipping & handling charge is not refundable.
